The Dobrna spa is a contemporary and dynamic health resort and tourist centre. The ancient Celts and Romans already knew the warm spring water in Dobrna. In the year 1403, the water was used the first time for health purposes.
Since the year 1542, the thermal water in Dobrna is known as an ideal means in treating gynaecological and urological illnesses, rheumatic, and illnesses similar to rheumatism, for healing diseases and motor system injuries.Pools with thermal water are available in Hotel Vita.
The alkaline thermal water with a temperature at the source of around 35 to 36,5°C, and contains adequate amounts of calcium, magnesium, and hydrogen carbonate is the main healing factor in the Dobrna spa.

HOTEL VITA****
Hotel Vita is situated at the immediate entrance to the spa complex. It is the youngest hotel where all the offers are joined under one roof. We have here: the central reception for all the hotels, a coffee shop with an excellent choice of desserts and dance nights on the weekends, the hotel restaurant, an a la carte restaurant, seminar rooms, pools with healing thermal water and a nudist beach, ‘Sauna land’ with a large sunning terrace, a first-class beauty centre ‘Lawn house’ for the body and soul and a hair care salon, a medicinal centre with therapies that use natural curative active ingredients and the kids animation corner.

Hotel Park *** The hotel was built in the year 1875. It was last renovated in the year 2006 (the outer part), and the complete inner part including accommodation, catering and the therapeutic part during the first months of 2008. Hotel Park is 300 meters far from hotel Vita.
The hotel is suitable for all who wish to spend their free time actively. In it is located a fitness room, a social area and a relaxation area. |
